Sarah is friendly while at the same time professional and thorough and most importantly of all,reliable. Mita Logistics acquired Sarah’s services through a business contact in 2007. As a new business we were struggling with the Sage software and her expertise and knowledge were superb.
Sarah helped train the secretary of the business process the wages through Sage and improved her competence significantly to the point where doing the wages became a process instead of a stressful weekly exercise. Sarah has supported our business for 14 years now. The Secretary of Mita processes the weekly wages and administration, Sarah visits once a quarter to reconcile bank accounts, complete VAT quarterly returns and provides updated accounts with profit and loss statements / balance sheets and trade balance reports.
Sarah has given me peace of mind and been invaluable to the Mita business from the start up to current day as I have had the peace of mind knowing that Sarah and the secretary of our business deal with the administration and accounting requirements of the business which has allowed Mita to grow and expand.

Provides Sage assistance and year end accounts. Sarah is always there at the end of a phone or email and will give immediate help or if too busy gets back to you very quickly. You never feel silly asking for Sarah’s help and she’ll patiently explain any procedure until you’ve grasped it…she’ll solve your problem big or small.
She has a wonderful way of simplifying and explaining in lay mans terms and doesn’t blow your mind with over your head accounting jargon! Having Sarah at the end of a line to offer support and backup is invaluable as we all have that occasional “panic” moment!
